Refund and Returns Guidelines
Thank you for purchasing our courses at CounterClock Technologies. We strive to ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our training courses, whether for online or classroom training.
The following terms and conditions govern our Refund Policy. By purchasing a training course on the CounterClock Technologies website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the conditions outlined below.
Cancellation and Refunds: Online Classroom Learning
CounterClock Technologies reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to instructor illness or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, political instability, pandemics like COVID-19, etc.).
- Refund requests will not be accepted if you have attended more than one day's session of the online classroom training or have accessed/downloaded course material from the learning portal.
- No refund will be provided for discounted courses.
- No refund will be provided for academic institute partnership courses.
- No refund will be provided if the participant fails to attend the scheduled session.
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the commencement of the first session. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
- In case of a refund, taxes will not be refunded.
- If learners wish to attend the online instructor-led classes for the purchased course and there is no available batch shortly, the maximum refund applicable will be 10% of the total amount paid.
- If learners face technical issues and cannot access self-paced videos or class recordings, and have already attended the complete course through instructor-led online classes, no refund will be applicable. However, a voucher equivalent to 10% of the amount paid at the time of enrollment can be provided.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 20 working days of receipt of the refund request.
Cancellation and Refunds: Self-Paced Learning
- No refund will be provided for self-paced courses.
- No refund will be provided and access will be revoked if it is found that the course has been shared with others/multiple users or if the course purchase was intended to copy the material/content. The account will be blocked immediately.
Please Note: Any disputes, differences, or questions arising between the parties regarding this agreement or its subject matter shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the first party. The arbitrator's award will be final and binding on both parties. The arbitration venue will be Jaipur (Rajasthan), and all disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Jaipur (Rajasthan), India.
